1. Our services
Reliable Properties assists with real-estate buying, selling, renting, property introductions, site visits and related support in Amanora Park Town and nearby Pune areas. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we act as an intermediary and not as the owner, developer, lender, legal adviser, tax adviser or guarantor of a property or transaction.
2. Listings and dummy images
Property availability, pricing, area, furnishings, amenities, photographs and other details may be supplied by owners or third parties and can change without notice. Images marked or used as representative, stock or dummy images do not depict a specific property. You must independently verify all material facts, documents, approvals, title, measurements, charges, society rules and physical condition before making a decision or payment.
3. Enquiries and WhatsApp messages
When you initiate a chat, request updates or otherwise opt in, you authorise Reliable Properties to respond and, where consented, send relevant property alerts and promotional communications using WhatsApp or the contact channels you provide. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.
You can stop promotional WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Opting out does not prevent essential responses relating to a current enquiry, appointment or transaction. You must not use our messaging channels for unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, unsolicited or prohibited content.
4. Meta and third-party services
WhatsApp is operated by companies within Meta and is subject to its own terms, policies and availability. Links to maps, messaging, finance, professional or home-service providers are offered for convenience. Reliable Properties is not responsible for the independent acts, systems, content, security or availability of third parties.
5. Your responsibilities

- Do not copy, scrape, disrupt, impersonate, misrepresent affiliation with, or misuse the website or its content.
6. Fees and transactions
Brokerage, service fees, taxes, deposits and third-party charges will be communicated separately where applicable. No payment should be treated as received unless acknowledged through an authorised Reliable Properties channel. Transaction terms between owners, buyers, tenants and service providers remain their responsibility unless Reliable Properties expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
7. Intellectual property
The Reliable Properties name, branding, website design, original text and business materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party and stock images remain subject to their respective licences.
8. No guarantee and limitation
We aim to provide useful and current information but do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, successful completion of any transaction, financing, buyer or tenant suitability, investment returns, appreciation, rental yield or the accuracy of third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Properties is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on listings, third-party services or unavailable communications.

Our handling of personal information and WhatsApp marketing preferences is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
